A Valley Without Wind Game Review: A Valley Without Wind is an open world and randomly generated video game and not everything was tightly connected. The gameplay is basic, without many challenges & interest, apart from the various spells you got but was fun as it blends features you usually do not see combined. The truth is A Valley Without Wind was more interesting than it was fun. The artwork has been improved from the 1st game, and especially on it's platforming segments ,the 2D graphics are stunning. Enemies vary from world to world which is a good change of pace and look good. For example, you'll come across a Sphinx in desert levels, whereas in other levels you'll fight robotic fish, dinosaurs and dragons etc. Most of the music in A Valley Without Wind 2 is recycled from Valley 1 version, and Arcens strategy game "AI War", along with an epic new track which plays during the title sequence. The music is really tranquil, soothing at times and does a good job of setting the mood for the whole game. Sound effects are simple. There is nothing stellar about it but it do a decent job. On for sure, It is a game you will want to play with the Music. The game begins with character creation, which amount to a randomizer that chooses a few stats along with character's appearance. The game walks you through the 1st few steps of play with an ample tutorial messages & enough advice to keep you second guessing every move. You will feel lost, you will be confused, but stick with it & things will slowly start making sense. The time in the game, will be divided between isometric strategy sections and sidescrolling action sequences. The game story can be a bit muddy sometimes, but the basic premise is that a rampaging evil named Demonaica is loose, conquering & destroying everything he comes across. To make all the matters worse, he is immortal.
