Unfortunately this game fit either of these criteria but never the less.Upon execution, you are presented with a basic menu with 12 pre-built city maps. These begin with a small to large city with a different amount of starting money points. I you decide to choose the one with the most money points. You will then be dumped into a city withoutany idea about playing the game and set out on a 2 hour journey of, �I JUST DON�T GET IT!� and �Oh, so that�s what that does� thing.Here�s what you should be aware of before you embark on your of epic proportions within The Train Giant A-train 9. In the preview message we were equipped with, there were no objectives included. This could change when you start the game. Once we are in control of a city, we have to develop material factories to collect useful resources to be able to make other buildings like house,stations,schools,tower blocks  etc. Now these material factories have a building radius around them so the resources gathered by the said factory only apply within that particular radius. From here onwards you have to try and get as much gross profit as you can. That�s it as far as it can be told. It�s an effective model train set that is virtual.As far as the gameplay is concerned, you create a city with a basic transport mechanisms and the statistics begin to fluctuate. You can, however, �jump inside� any transport you see and be driven around your city in it. You fly above the transport as it goes about its business. Click on any transport available and view its inner statistics like the number of passengers it commutes per day etc. which you may like.  All in all, The Train Giant A-train 9 is targetted at a very particular audience. Not that its only aimed towards the train lovers because, apart from the name, you do more than control or drive trains. You have to create an infrastructure for the trains to navigate around your city which not all train lovers would enjoy. The gameplay might confuse some to say the least and without any objective may seem boring. But the train games fans will love it any way!
