EA Sports F1 2001 Game Review: EA Sports F1 2001 is a Racing video game. It is based on the 2001 Formula One Season. The game has been developed by Image Space Incorporated. It was successfully published by Electronic Arts Sports. The game was the 2nd title in the Electronic Arts Sports F1 Series. It was initially released for the Microsoft Windows, PlayStation 2, and for the Xbox platforms. EA Sports F1 2001 received positive reaction by critics.
EA Sports F1 2001 GamePlay: EA Sports F1 2001 game play focuses on a new training mode. This mode allows the players to improve their skills. The players are than able to unlock new modes as they progress in training mode. The game features Seventeen Tracks and 22 Drivers, any of the driver can be selected by the player according to his choice. The player assumes the character of selected driver who competed in the 2001 Season. The modes of the game include quick race format in which the player gains points to access the 17 Tracks. The premiere mode of EA Sports F1 2001 is known as Grand Prix. This mode includes 5 distinct modes of gameplay including a full championship season consisting of 17 rounds of the 2001 Season. This includes the Qualifying sessions and Practice, along with the Race itself. A single race weekend is included in Gand Prix other than this a custom championship in which the player has to choose the number of rounds to compete. A team-mate challenge is also included in the Grand Prix mode, where the player will have to defeat each and every team mate in all the Eleven teams. In the domination mode, the player has to win every round of the championship without conceding defeat. Other features in the EA Sports F1 2001 are Team Radio. This helps the player with feedback from the driver's Race Engineer. A replay mode has also been included which allows the player to go back and view key moments within a limited time. All the cars added in the game have the ability to be fine tuned.
