G-Force 2009 Game Review: G-Force is an action-patform based game. It was developed by Eurocom and Keen Games. The game was published by Disney Interactive Studios. Electronic Arts distributed the game. G-Force is available on Microsoft Windows, PlayStation 3, Nintendo DS, PS 2, Xbox 360, Wii, PlayStation Portable, and iPhone OS platforms. It was released on 21st of July, 2009 in North America and in the same month in Australia.
G-Force Game's Story: G-Force is based on the movie, that takes place after the team escapes from the pet store, Juarez & Blaster's new home, & Kip & other FBI agents, giving the player ability to play as Darwin & Mooch to fight against Leonard Saber, the evil billionaire & his robot Household appliances army. The Xbox 360 and the PlayStataion 3 versions feature an anaglyph-based stereoscopic 3D mode, & will be packaged with 2 sets of 3D glasses.
G-Force GamePlay: G-Force is a well put together experience with engaging combat, rewarding exploration and crafty puzzles. In the game, The player assumes the ole of Darwin, who is the field leader of G-Force. The nefarious being has tampered with the delicate circuitry of everyday kitchen appliances, and causes them to attack their owners with merciless force. Here is a surprising amount of story interspersed with the action, it is not particularly interesting or humorous. At every few minutes player will have a brief back & forth with his support team, & though these exchanges point him in the right direction, they are not entertaining, & they crop up far too often. These interludes do not muddle up the action too much, given that the player can jump & shoot while his objectives are being laid out, but he must be prepared to put up with a number of groan worthy puns & cheesy one-liners during the course of his quest. In G-Force, there are a few unique environments, they all look pretty much the same, so the player is always making his way through some bland government facility, without visual diversity to keep things fresh. Though the combat & puzzles are satisfying, there are not many memorable moments to break up the action. In G-Force, the controls while driving are loose, so it is difficult to fly around curves with precision or shoot the enemies out of the air with panache.
G-Force Reception: G-Force received mixed reviews from the critics. Some liked the game's 3D mode.
