STALKER Clear Sky Game Review: STALKER: Clear Sky is the prequel to STALKER: Shadow of Chernobyl, a 1st person shooter survival horror game with RPG elements. It has been developed by GSC Game World, the Ukrainian developer. This game consists of a roughly 50/50 mix of new areas & old, remodeled areas from previous game. X-ray graphics engine has been updated to version 1.5 & includes DirectX 10 support (later patch 1.5.06 included DirectX 10.1). The AI received an overhaul to accommodate the new faction wars feature.
